Here is a photo of me and my mountain bike instructor in the pine forest at Muriwai.
He taught me to keep my balance by imagining I am split in half and distribute my weight evenly.
The hardest thing in my mountain bike session was going up a sandy hill, I would keep sliding down once I got close to the top.
I changed how I did it by walking instead.
I would recommend this
activity to anyone who
is adventurous.
